  We only got 100euros back from the 300euros franchise. Because we drove on unpaved roads. But nowhere in te contract does is say that we can't drive on unpaved roads. They took a picture with the satelite from out car parked at the parking beach papagayo beach lanzarote.. we gave the car back with no dammage! Everything was the same as we got the car in the start. So they just took 200euros with no shame ! Me and my partner are students so there goes our college money..

  Cheap and basic. Courier very helpful directly helped us to our villa in Playa Blanca. Car a bit scruffy but had no problems. Pick up just in airport car park. Money paid and job done. Same again next time.

  The reason you rent a car on this island is to get to the best beaches ( Papagayo) and upon doing this you will have a €200 charge made on your deposit as the only road to this beach is unpaved.

  The location is far but it is a shuttle service to the office from outside the departure door. We know this beforehand so it was a seamless transfer.

  I was skeptical about Orlando after reading the reviews. It was very cheap compared to other rental companies on the island so I decided to give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised! The car is new and the service is good.

  Two 'insurance' plan, 1) Put down a deposit 330 euro or 2) Extra 40 euro fee and no deposit (ultimate insurance basically). They will persuade you to pay the extra 40 euro so just keep that in mind.

  Nevertheless was a good holiday, just don't rent from them they are looking to rob you!!!!
